11/18/06 BOA Meeting Minutes
The meeting was called to order at 9:30 AM by Stan Ross. Bob Lazzarini , Bob Gauthier, Don Clawson and Linda Hamil were present.
Linda Thorpe signed the forms necessary in order to get our new tax rate certified.
Bob Lazzarini inquired whether the Board wanted to review his most recent calculations regarding “neighborhoods”. Stan Ross and Bob Gauthier felt that such a preview was unnecessary and suggested that it be deferred until Dec. 6th when the Board meets with Duane Adams. Don Clawson was in favor of a preview, so he will meet with Bob Lazzarini on Monday AM.
The Select Board notified all boards that they wanted to change the telecommunication systems in the Town Hall in order to save money. Stan Ross stated that he felt that the Assessors needed a direct, private telephone line nd that he would appear at the Monday Select Board meeting to make that case.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:45 AM.
